Why do I consider Isgenix a more conscious business? Let me give you an example. When I hire some one for my traditional business, all they can make is what I deem their work to be worth to me. They don’t have the same financial prospects as I do as the business owner. I have a hard time accepting that and it made me feel in-authentic. I believe everyone has greatness in them.
In Isagenix each person who joins my team can earn as much as I do or more. I am also highly motivated for their success because I can also earn on their efforts.
I agree with, Robert Kiyosaki, who calls it democratic wealth building. In his book, “The business of the 21st Century”, he says, “It is a strikingly fair democratic and socially responsible system of generating wealth.”
Social responsibility is one thing, but conscious business takes it a step further.
On the Conscious Capitalism website, they explain, “Conscious Capitalism differs from Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) insofar as Conscious Capitalism is driven naturally and internally from within the company rather than an external notion of what counts as “socially responsible.”
The hallmark of a conscious business is a business that is good for society, it’s partners, investors, customers, and employees. We call it having SPICE. Here is why I think Isagenix fits the bill.
Society – Their long termĀ vision is to impact global health.
Partners – Their associates (you and me) are truly their partners. They pay out 50% on all business volume.
Investors – Their founders are passionate about their work.
Customers – They know about our toxic environment is poisoning our lives and they want to do something about it.
Employees – They care for their employees.
